Cookinando.com is a blog for a cooking show that is being developed. Soft-launching their web presence before the show is complete allows the show developer to see possible viewer statistics and feedback. This is important info for future sponsors and broadcast networks. Twenty four hours after the soft-launch the site had over 300 visits. This is an encouraging amount. Additional comments in their Facebook group, Twitter and other social networks helped bring traffic and elevated their ranking in Google. The name of the show, Cookinando, was already being used on the Internet by bloggers and other cooking shows.
